EUA on Login

I tried to log in, and was redirected to the End User Agreement. When I checked the box at the bottom, nothing happened, and the only link available was "Cancel". It wouldn't allow me to navigate anywhere else. This EUA is really long and detailed, and we should probably discuss whether we want it or not (also linked from the footer). In any case, I'd like to log in so I can check out the administrative interface.
