File descriptions are missing

File descriptions are missing, so the link to the item is always the filename. In the past few years I'd been working hard on these descriptions, since they look better than filenames. For scholarly articles, they are important in identifying the version of the file (Published version, Accepted version, Submitted version). Additionally, these descriptions are transferred from Elements when a researcher selects the version for a deposit. I'd really like to find a solution for this.
