Confirm dialog for Approval

Ed Fox accidentally clicked Approve when he meant to click Reject on an item, and once in the repository, we could not find a way to put it back in the workflow. His suggestion is to have a confirmation dialog pop up when someone clicks Approve. Something like Are You Sure? Yes/No. (But not for Reject, apparently.)

Personally I'm not a fan of this since it will slow me down, and I have ways to correct an accidental Approve or Reject. But I told him we'd add the request as an issue. Maybe administrators could be exempt from this confirmation?
