Shorten and center search bar

Reduce the width of the search bar and center it on the page, similar to the Cambridge repository: https://www.repository.cam.ac.uk/home. I think this creates some visual differentiation and puts the cursor and the search button closer together.

Shorten the search bar works. I am going to move any testing for the search bar as well as Hamburger menu over to that card.
