Linked CC license icons

Linked CC license icons do not appear on the simple item view. It would be really nice to have this work as it does on 6.3 currently.

And if possible, also add Rights Statements icons, in blue here: https://rightsstatements.org/page/1.0/?language=en, based on the URI for each.

There is an open issue in the upstream DSpace repository for this problem: https://github.com/DSpace/DSpace/issues/8982

I've created a Jira ticket with 4Science to investigate the issue.

4Science estimated a 40-hour effort and we don't have the funding for that. I thought I saw a CC license on a 7.6 instance, so I will try to follow up so we might be able to contact another repository about it. Otherwise we just have to wait for the DSpace project to fix it.
