Updated project to use docker-compose in favor of run.sh

Michael Irwin requested to merge mikesir/vt-webapp-template:docker-compose into master

While it doesn't matter much for this project, it'll help to have things consistent across all repos in the DevCom space, where some apps may have other dependencies and will really benefit from using docker-compose
