* Make sure we're installing django-pipeline from our fork
* Bump rake to 0.9.2.2, as 0.8.3 is already outdated.

Don't pipeline in dev environment, which means that there is no need to run collectstatic either. Hooray\!

You can run this by do:

    bundle install (first time only)
    bundle exec guard
