LTI module with tests

User verification / validated certificates feature

This reverts commit ef4b7b9b.

Rewriting expect() calls to use Jasmine jQuery event spies. Making individual
it() tests independent.

Now the introductory text is of a more serious nature.

Add simplifyed template.
Update lti integration test.
Add getting oauth credentials from course settings.
Add user id transferring to provider.
Improve documentation of lti module.
