Refactor for ldaptive v2.

Require Java 11, bump pom minor version. Add InCommon CA certificates to trust material, remove defunct CAs. Update pom plugin and library dependencies. Update checkstyle configuration and fix errors associated with the upgrade. Minor refactoring improvements. (streams, etc)
