Remove community list from homepage

Remove the community list (26 items) from the homepage. It makes the scroll much longer, has a lot of whitespace, and the list is available through the link at the top.

@pyoung1 Removed the communities list on the home page and removed the extra HR (underline) after the trinity. Please test on your side. Once you approve I will close the card. Thanks for all your testing.
