Requests for embargoed Elements items are not received via email
When I navigate to an embargoed item in the Elements (a.k.a. All Faculty Deposits) collection and fill out the request a copy form, the request is not delivered to no-reply@vtechworks.lib.vt.edu, even though a confirmation message is displayed onscreen (see screenshot below). But if I fill out the request form for an embargoed thesis or dissertation, the request is delivered successfully (see attached pdf below).

Update: It seems that the workflow for this is similar to DSpace 6.3. Elements item requests are sent in a digest email to request-a-copy along with new Elements submissions that have been recently approved (see attachment). The approval process takes a day or two, so there's a delay.
