Generic submission form edits

There are numerous edits needed for the generic submission form (I used Scholarly Works, University Libraries for example).

Log in, go to the + in the upper left, then New > Item, then type in a collection in the box (Scholarly Works, University Libraries). Then you should be able to scroll through the entire form.

Since the upgrade we are also having more problems with submitters entering the author name in natural order, e.g. John Smith, even though the instructions below the entry box say Family name, Given name. If possible, could the grayed-out word Author in the text entry box be changed to an example, such as Smith, Jane ? And maybe instead of Family/Given we could change the guidance to Lastname, Firstname? This may help submitters enter the name correctly.

Also, we need to update the file edit page for embargos. When you upload a file on the submission page, you can scroll down to it and click the edit button. This is where any embargo would be entered.

1. Under "Access Condition Type" the only choice should be embargo. Please remove the other choices. If no date is chosen, there is no embargo.
2. Under "Grant access from" change the help text underneath to "Select the date from which the file will become available"
3. Remove the "Grant access until" option.
4. Reduce the size of the description box to one line of text input.
5. Remove the "+Add more" buttons under Description and under the embargo date field.

@pyoung1 @goynejennifer Can we also add url as an option for Identifier? This was an option in 6.3.

marked the checklist item Date of issue - if you tab from one box to another, tabbing includes the arrows which slows this down. If there is a way to just tab from one entry box to another, that would be ideal. Also, clicking any of the arrows brings up today's date, so we may want to add a note (click arrows for today's date) as completed

marked the checklist item Creative Commons license - remove the Jurisdiction option, as we want new licenses to be 4.0 International licenses by default. Also, once selected, the user shouldn't have to check an agreement box. Note: the DS7 documentation says without jurisdiction the license will revert to 3.0 Unported. But we had 4.0 set up in 6.3, so checking configuration may be necessary. as completed
