Control AV override of thumbnail display in simple item view

When there is an audio or video file in the original bundle, it overrides display of the thumbnail: https://vtechworks.lib.vt.edu/items/62d8c43f-d130-4e96-9b7d-d583783ccff2. In this case the open textbook team would prefer to have the thumbnail display. I'm not sure if there's a way to control this behavior. The thumbnail displays fine in the browse index.

Found a solution which I hope doesn't cause problems. Edit > Bitstreams > Edit audio bitstream > Change to "Format not in list" and Save.

@vtkeithg do you think this workaround will cause any problems? I suppose if we did a bitstream audit it wouldn't be accurate, but this seems to be an easy solution where there are multiple original bitstreams and the author prefers the thumbnail view. If no serious issues I will close this if you agree.
