Reduce file description box to a single line

Minor issue, but the file description box is far too large and should be a single line for text input. When editing an item, go to the Bitstreams tab, then in the BUNDLE: ORIGINAL section, click the edit button (pencil icon) for the file. Whatever is in the Description box will override the filename in the simple item view.

Additionally, if it would be possible for this text box to "remember" past entries, that would be convenient. For example if I entered the letter p and it suggested Published version, that would make entry faster (this is the way it worked in 6.3).
