Use file description on simple item files list

Keith Gilbertson requested to merge add_file_description into vt_7_x_dev

This mimics the behavior of the files list in the current DSpace 6 version of VTechWorks.

On the simple item view, in the files list, the file description is shown if it is available, otherwise the filename is used.
