Unable to search for collections when mapping an item

To map an item to other collections, while logged in, click on the pencil on the item display page to edit the item. Then click on the Collection Mapper tab. There's a second set of tabs in the Item Mapper, and the second tab is "Map New Collections". Click that tab. Here, I believe there's supposed to be a search box to find collections. Instead, the Open Access/ETD/Open Textbooks triptych shows.

I check with @cecross1, who has previously been able to map items to new collections, to see if I'm doing this wrong, but I think it may have been working previously and now is broken.

This is possibly related to #32 (closed) Mappings not showing up on item page (can't troubleshoot this more until item mapping works again) and #47 (closed) Search bar missing from search page. This is speculation, but when the search bar was removed from the home page, it may have accidentally been removed nearly everywhere.

The collection mapper is now working again. This was corrected when issue #47 (closed) was corrected. Thank you @goynejennifer.
