Remove "Now downloading..." screen

When you click on a file in DS7, the item downloads, but the resulting screen says "Now downloading Screenshot_2023-08-21_at_8.14.09_AM

This seems to happen in admin view as well, such as when you export metadata for a collection, and then click on the CSV. I'd like to remove it everywhere it occurs, if possible.
