Remove "Now downloading..." screen

When you click on a file in DS7, the item downloads, but the resulting screen says "Now downloading [title}". I think this is unnecessary, and forces users to click Back to return to the item. Ideally the simple item view would remain unchanged, as it does in 6.x. Screenshot below.

This seems to happen in admin view as well, such as when you export metadata for a collection, and then click on the CSV. I'd like to remove it everywhere it occurs, if possible.
